Tree photo-shoot
Matt told me I needed to post more pictures of Jack in the tree. Now you KNOW they're cute if Matt thinks they're cute enough to have their own post ;)~

South Florida & Baby Crack
Matt went to San Diego for a week of training and instead of staying home I decided to visit my father in Ft. Lauderdale. We had a great time... especially Jack. He absolutely adores my brother, Steven. Jack sang a very special song today: "I wuuuv Mama, I wuuv Daddy, I wuuuv Steven." So cute!

Our new favorite playground at Welleby Park. It's covered! One of the few I've seen here in Florida.

My boys sleeping

Uncle Steven and Eamon

Playing at Monkey Joe's. It's an indoor play area with huge blow up bounce houses & slides.

Did you know that slushies are like crack to babies?

He finished the slurpee in about 2 minutes

Hey man, you gotta try this stuff

Getting high

Cracked out!

Need some water to wash down all of that sugar.

My neighbor Amy meeting Eamon for the first time. He's bigger than she is!

Playing at another park in Plantation.

We had an impromptu photo-shoot in the tree.

Eamon knows how to party

Put me back in the tree!

Another tree picture. Love this one.

Eamon working hard with those legs

Check out that chub

He rolls to his side and then wiggles his way around.

Savannah!
This weekend we took our first vacation as a family of four to Savannah, GA. We went to participate in the Savannah River Bridge Run. We went last year when Jack was about 10 months old and had a fantastic time with Matt's parents and friends so we decided to go again this year. Matt runs in the race along with his father. This year I was going to participate by carrying Eamon in the sling and pushing Jack in the stroller. Unfortunately the weather was cold and rainy. I really wanted to walk it, but I couldn't justify making Jack sit in wet cold for an hour. So we hung out at the hotel until everyone got back.

We watched the SEC Championship game Saturday night in the hotel lobby. That's all I've got to say about that.

The boys getting ready for the run. I chickened out right at the last minute.

Jim, Jim, Matt

Lindsey loving on Eamon.

Jack ready for the Christmas parade

He really liked his mittens

May-May and Great Aunt Gail during the parade

Is Mary giving Jack knuckles or a punch in the face?

Eamon and "King Jim" aka Great Uncle
Sunday we roamed around River Street before leaving. The car ride was a breeze! I thought it was gonna be a terror, but both boys did great. Eamon slept almost the whole 4 hours there and Jack napped and watched his shows on the DVD player. Maybe driving 10+ hours to South Bend won't be so bad after all....Lindsey loving on Eamon.

The 4 of us. No, that's not a gremlin growing out of my chest. It's Eamon in my sling with my jacket zipped up. People could not get their head around it.

The bridge I didn't walk across

They decided to wear matching shirts to show their Father/Son love for each other. Daddy wore Jack in my carrier like a pro!

hahah Matt sticking his butt out

Eamon sleeping peacefully right next to Mama.

Eamon 2 month appt and wish list
Eamon Paul
24 inches = 75th percentile for height
14.9 lbs = 97th percentile for weight (big surprise)
don't remember head circumference = 60th percentile
--------------------------------------------------
I've had a few questions about what to get the boys for Christmas. Here are a few items on our wishlist should you so desire to go this route.
-clothes Jack = size 3T (2T fits him now so depends on when you want him wearing it)
Eamon = is wearing size 6 months in onesies and size M in other stuff
-crocs with stuffing like this as he refuses to wear socks and close toed shoes. lucky me Size 8-9 toddler
-DVD's. We like Thomas the Train, The Wiggles, Blue's Clues, Yo Gabba Gabba, anything with shorter episodes.
-pretend play items like fake food, pots and pans, play kitchen
-Little People sets
-wooden puzzles
I hope this helps give you an idea of what Jack likes to play with. Love you all!
