Outside

Hi all. Sorry it's been a while since I've posted. Not much is going on these days.. we're just enjoying the springtime weather while we have it. It's already up to the 90's so I guess spring is over with for now. It was fun while it lasted. We've been going to parks, nature walks, and the pool when the water is warm enough. I know, I'm a wuss when it comes to water temperature. If it's below 85.. too cold for me!

(The first three photos were taken by my friend Leslie whom you can check out her beautiful daughter Lillian at Cherubic)

At the park

One of the first times on a swing. Weee! He loves it

Having fun playing with Mama

At the zoo checking out the birds. Jack can name a flamingo, ibis, crane, blue heron, turky, peacock, duck, and goose. Although most things are a "duckling"

My big baby! When comparing Jack to other kids.. he's as tall as some 4 and 5 year olds! and super skinny

"Brudders"

As you can imagine, Jack is a great climber. Sometimes I have to look away because I start freaking out at what he's doing. I'm trying not to be "That Mom." You know, the one who's gasping at everything their kid does?

We've been doing a lot of nature walks lately and the boys love it. Jack loves to play with sticks and leaves and look at the bugs, fish, and birds.

A little photo-op in the woods

He mostly tries to eat the dirt.

More climbing

Don't let this picture fool you. He climbed up the slide from the bottom.

This was taken at my friend's Erin's pool. Jack was like a little monkey hanging on Matt's neck. We've been working on learning how to swim, but he's a little skiddish of us letting him go. He can dunk his head under the water, but we're still working on holding his breath when he does that. Forget about floating... that requires stillness.

Are we having fun yet??
